EARLY CHCECKIN

the Julian farmhouse breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in summer under the terrace and inside at the corner of the fireplace in the colder season. in the form of a table d hotes, all the guests share the buffet breakfast consisting of a hot drink, a fruit juice, cereals, bread, jams and pastries baked in the morning on site, a basket of fresh seasonal fruit, cottage cheese, dried fruits but also an assortment of cold meats, cheeses and hard-boiled eggs to prepare the day well 10 € per person per day
(at your request and in addition we offer espresso coffees, eggs with bacon or scrambles ... pancakes and granola ... and this depending on supplies)

deposit taken as security on the credit card for rental of the cottage.
in the event of damage, theft or damage to the rented property, the amount of repairs is debited from the credit card up to 7 days after your departure

end-of-stay cleaning fee (compulsory for the rental of the gîte)
this cleaning fee includes the cleaning of the cottage to the extent of a state of cleanliness of use in good father of the family
this package does not include the cleaning of the dishes and the removal of your waste and bins
an additional cleaning hour may be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance with the above rules
